Terms of Service

By using FocusMon ("the App"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

FocusMon is a focus timer app with monster collecting and battling mechanics. You earn monsters by completing focus sessions and can evolve, collect, and battle them.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or Guest mode. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Guest accounts are device-bound and cannot be recovered if lost.

3. Subscriptions

FocusMon offers an optional auto-renewable subscription:

• FocusMon+ is available at 3.99 EUR/month.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. In-App Purchases

FocusMon offers one-time in-app purchases including the Tip Jar and Starter Bundle. These purchases are non-consumable, non-refundable, and processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

5. User Conduct

When using FocusMon, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading usernames
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to manipulate battle results or leaderboard rankings
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

7. Disclaimer

FocusMon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free of errors. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress due to technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynn Loosen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
